Work part time after school and during school breaks. Shadow experienced Service Technicians while gaining valuable on-the-job training before you graduate! Follow that up with 2 years of sponsored college education at Garden City Community College (Garden City, KS), Southeast Community College (Milford, NE), or Northwest Kansas Technical College (Goodland, KS), plus more on-the-job training & mentorship to earn your Journey Worker's Certification. *Recent high school graduates and other entry level technicians are also welcome to apply. |
